Golden color and a characteristic nose with hints of yellow, exotic fruit, wax, toast and spices. The palate is full-bodied, the attack sweet and evolving into aromas of fruit, spice and honey with unique notes of botrytis. Very harmonious with a good balance sugar acidity and a liquorous material without excess.
Fine, abundant bubbles define the Cuvée Jean-Louis Brut; its bubbles are smaller than any other of Charles de Fere’s Sparkling Wines. Bright and fruity on the nose, this wine exudes aromas typical of Chenin Blanc –apples, apricots and a hint of honey. The palate holds an explosion of fine bubbles followed by a smooth, fruity finish.

Bright red garnet. Delicate aromas of cherry and coffee with subtly integrated toasted notes. The mouth is appealing and fruity with delicate toasted notes and a medium body. Flavors of chocolate are emphasized by a hint of menthol, lying on silky tannins. The finish is long with assorted fruit flavors and a subtle touch of oak.
