100% Tempranillo sourced from 10–15-year-old vines selected in Rioja Alta; the wine is aged for 12 months minimum in bottle. A pleasant, easy drinking wine, it is silky.
This Cava Reserva is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada that ferments with native yeasts and ages for four months in concrete, followed by 24 months on the lees in bottle prior to disgorgement. Notes of stone fruit, brioche, chalk, and wet stones lead to a zesty and satisfying finish.
Light and dry with flavors of pear and citrus with aromas of fruit and white flowers. Perfect with fish, chicken, soft cheese, white meats, and early courses.
